How do I find out what is happening in a particular city?
select the City Name tab, and select a country and city from the drop down menu
select Destination Information from the Property Return screen, which will then show you details for the city searched
select the Destination Information tab when you are viewing hotel details

How do I find out information on a particular country?
Click on the Travel Guides tab, then enter the country you wish to search, and the system will display upcoming events in the country you have selected.

How often is this information updated?
Hotelcollect.com updates its hotel information twice a month.

How can I see images of a hotel?
When the hotels that meet your search criteria are returned, you will see "Hotel Photos" at the bottom left of the hotel information section. Click on "Hotel Photos," and you will see images of the hotel. You can also click on the image of the hotel.

Search and Sorting for Hotels

In what ways can I search for a hotel?
You can search for a hotel either via the quick search feature on the home page, via the interactive maps accessed from the home page or via the online directory accessed from the text links on the home page. Check "how do I make a booking" for details.

Availability

How do I find the price for a specific hotel?
After you select the hotel of your choice and dates of your stay, click on "check availability" and the prices will be displayed for the available rooms

Reservations

How do I make a booking?
Enter your search criteria into the search box on the home page.
A list of hotels is displayed - if you have entered dates for your search you will also see whether the hotels are available .
Click on the “ Book Online Now” button for your chosen hotel.
Enter your personal details on the booking form, including credit card information. After reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions click the 'confirm' buton
You will receive an an confirmation e-mail with booking referance number in a 5 minutes after our customer services checked if your all details are correct.
Print as a voucher for kkep your booking details.
Can I check what rates and rooms are available without booking?
Yes, you can view all available rates at a specific hotel by clicking on the “Search Availability” button. You can navigate back to the search results from here or proceed to the booking form.
How do I retrieve and cancel a booking?

An account is created by our system automatically after you complete your first booking from our website. You are able to log into your account by using your email address and password which is sent by our system. In order to change your reservation dates, you need to use change reservation button.

Do I get a confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email in a 5 minutes which will contain your confirmation number. Please ensure that you keep a record of it as your confirmation number will be required when you check into the hotel.

How do I modify a booking?
For the modification you need to send us an e-mail by using “ Contact Us” section on the homepage.

How can I cancel my reservation ?
For cancellations, you need to login the system with your e-mail address and password then select cancel reservation button and specify your reason.
Please read the cancellation policy carefully before you process the cancellation.

Will I get charged if I cancel my booking?
It depends on the cancellation policy of the hotel. The cancellation policy is stated on the confirmation email.

What happens if there is a problem with the hotel when I arrive?
The first step is to contact the Reception desk at the Hotel, to see if the matter can be settled directly. If you continue to have problems that require our attention and cannot be solved by you at the hotel, please telephone our nearest customer service office as soon as possible.

Payment

May I pay by cash?
We do not accept payment by cash on arrival at the hotel. All bookings through our company require pre-payment by credit card only.

When will my credit card be charged?
If your booking has Instant Confirmation, your credit card is charged for the full amount in a 5 minutes after you submit the credit card form, and the Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher is then sent to the email address you specified.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Your credit card details are encrypted onto our database using 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer). It is stored securely at all times and will never be shared to unauthorized third parties.

Do I have to send my credit card details online?
We encourage all our clients to submit their credit card information via our secure online credit card form. This makes it easier for us to process your booking requests quicker and more efficiently. However, you also have an option to fax your credit card details. When you come to the payment stage of the booking process, simply choose the option "I want to send my credit card details by fax", fill in your details, print it and send it to us on one of the fax numbers provided.

I don't have a credit card, can I pay cash on arrival?
We do not accept payment by cash on arrival at the hotel. All bookings through our service require pre-payment by credit card only.
